2. Automatically renew subscriptions
A. Subscription Services
Payment for such subscriptions (which may for example be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) may be processed within the App by a third party acting on our behalf or directly by the mobile platform owner (e.g. Apple). Free trial subscriptions can be canceled at any time within 24 hours before the free trial expires (Apple). You can cancel the subscription service at any time during the subscription period through the subscription settings in your iTunes account. Cancellation will be effective after the last day of the relevant subscription period. You can find more information about cancellations and any related refunds on the website of the third-party reseller from whom you purchased the App (such as the Apple App Store).
B. Probation period
Certain subscription services we offer on the Apple App Store may offer free trials for a fixed period from time to time. You can cancel your free trial subscription at any time through your subscription settings in your iTunes account.
3. Your information and responsibilities
To use TV Remote, you have the option of creating an account through TV Remote or through an account with a third-party service like Apple. In the latter case, your TV Remote account will be created using the information you provide to the Service, such as your name and email address and other personal information that your privacy settings on the Service allow us to access.
You may use TV Remote only if you are 13 years of age or older and use of TV Remote is not prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access TV Remote. You are responsible for any activity on your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should notify TV Remote immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using TV Remote, you provide us with text, graphics, images and other information ("Your Content"). You retain full ownership of your Content. TV Remote does not claim any ownership rights in your content. However, you are also solely responsible for your Content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all of your Content and that use of your Content will not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We and our licensors exclusively own TV Remote, including all related intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that TV Remote is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of Singapore, Vietnam, the United States and other countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights or notices contained in or accompanying TV Remote.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy and display the TV Remote only to the extent that you permit the use of the TV Remote.
5. General prohibitions
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any TV Remote system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used to provide TV Remote;
Interfere or attempt to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming or mail-bombing TV Remote
Access or search TV Remote or download any intellectual property from TV Remote by using any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, etc.) other than our publicly supported interfaces;

9. Compensation
